Centro Hotel Arkadia - Cologne

We had a great time here! the breakfasts were lovely, featuring a variety of breads, delicious coffee, and fresh rolls. the staff was really helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. 😊.

Personnal of a hotel have been thinking about how to make our stay in a hotel more comfortable with regard to remark, that this hotel is a budget catagory. For example in a room you could find a kettle, cap and tea bags and coffe to make a quick snack. About hotel there is no noisy streets and there are only 20 minutes buy train to a Dom (central of the city).

Breakfast could be more rich but no complaint in this regard as it is budget hotel.

It suited my requirements perfectly and I will certainly use Hotel Arkadia again.

This hotel has a really great location, making it easy to explore the area. the atmosphere felt very welcoming and homely. We stayed in a twin bedroom, which was nice and comfortable. 😊.

Everything was ok, nice, clean and very near the Koelnmesse for Exhibitions.

The hotel had free parkingspace in front and was located near an U-bahn station.

Every evening and night there was very, very loud music from the hotelbar which kept us awake on the second floor of the hotel untill after 2 o'clock in the morning. Furthermore there is a huge smoking smell everywhere in the hotel.

This hotel offers bright, comfortable rooms with exceptionally cozy beds, making it a great choice for a business trip.

It was clean and to my budget, it has easy access to the city if you dont mind walking about 2 miles. over all i was very happy. i needed a place close to gamescom and the city limits this did the job very nice.

milk needs to be put in a fridge or on ice in the morning, cornflakes and warm milk dont work

Our room was very cold, the heating system did not work in our room.We mentioned the problem to the reception, but they brought only a very small heater (20cm long x 20cm high), did not work at all; my wife had to leave the hotel after the first night. I stayed the second night because I had to otherwide I will have changed hotel/ We paid 110 euros, and it is very expensive for a room without any heater and did not sleep well.

The breakfast here is reasonably priced and includes fresh rolls, which I really enjoyed.

the hotel is only a 10 minutes walk from the conference center which is extremely convenient. Alternatively from the conference one could take the tramway line 3 or 4 which will take you to the hotel (only 1 stop). the breakfast is good and better than to be expected for such a type of hotel this hotel is really focused on people coming to attend a trade fair at the conference center and that just need a bed to sleep at night and no hassle in the morning to join the conference.

the walls are very thin, there is no area to meet.

Affordable hotel 800 meters away (15 min walk ) from the Koel Messe exhibition center, and 20 min by street car to downtown (Neumarkt station)....Clean room (although basic) , friendly staff..

Noise isolation from room to room is not that great if you have noisy/chatty neighbours...Breakfast is ok but is lacking fruits or vegetables..Wifi is not free ( but prices still affordable , 10 hours = 7 euros).....sometimes smells a bit of tobocco coming from the bar on the ground floor

Delicious breakfast 🥐🍳 with great coffee and juices, a variety of bread options, and excellent service.

Hotel is far from public transport, but the arena is 20 mins from the hotel by walk.

We stay in guest room quite often, it is neat and bright.
